For years I have walked alongside people through some of the hardest passages of their lives — addiction, loss, grief, the search for meaning. That work — the intimacy of it, the privilege of being present when the light comes on — is what Living Evolve was built from.
I am a qualified Reiki Master. But more than a qualification, Reiki is how I understand energy, healing, and the sacred current that runs through every living thing. My spiritual life is not separate from my healing work — it is the foundation of it.
